- Yearly kick off in Europe is highly motivating - The software offering is well known by the market (Autodesk Software) - The Graitec software portfolio is greater than the competition considering Graitec is developing their own line of software solutions (competitive advantage) - The construction market is growing and will grow even more in the future - Smaller company where your good ideas can definitively happened - Very nice office (Montreal) with a very good work ambiance - If you like to travel for work, this is a very good place to do it

Absolutely love it. Great benefits, super talented team and you have a pool of experts to learn from. If you are not learning from the job you can always find resources to learn. Also great work life balance as long as you speak up and say you are overworked and they give you less.

Sales targets keep doubling every year. Seems almost unlikely to continuously even hit your targets. Once you do a great year your next year targets are increased even more.
