      Su Bologna non sempre ci sono molte società internazionali.

      Sono scappato prima della scadenza del contratto. Ambiente provinciale, se non sei del posto sei sempre considerato il fuori sede, poco professionale, talvolta mi veniva richiesto di restare fino tarda sera in ufficio esempio 22, scarsa umanità, spesso scene umilianti da superiori. Sono laureato, siccome ero l'ultimo arrivato in ufficio, dovevo fare nota spesa al direttore e fargli anche da segretario. Dopo poco tempo ho saputo che queste persone sono state mandate via o alcuni sono andati. No buono.

      Turn around time for lenses can take too long because they use outsource labs.

      Great discounts on glasses and you learn a lot. Free exam. Nice employees.

      Minpunten

      Doctors are hard to work for and have you do way too many jobs other than your own. Pay is not great, and you are required to work Saturdays. You also only get 5 days a year for PTO. That's inclusive of sick time and vacation. There were a couple really nice people that worked there. Crazy amount of turn over. They put a lot of pressure on you to sell glasses, but expect you to do a lot of other things as well, so you can't be on the floor as much as needed. Completely understaffed, and you have to stay until the patient leaves even if its 2 hours after closing. Also if some one knocks on the door, even if you are closed, you have to open it, even if you are about to leave.
