Instead, the leadership team trusts you to manage your responsibilities and gives you the space to do your work well. This creates a very positive and productive environment. I also appreciate that the management team treats employees as professionals and values their input. I feel respected, trusted, and supported in my role. Overall, Grant Engine is a great place to work, especially for people who are self-motivated, responsible, and want to contribute meaningfully to client projects.
