free oxygen? Honestly, I struggle to see any upside with my experiences there.

The managment is extremely draconian, verging on abusive. I was berated in the very small, cramped workspace in front of my coworkers. I had witnessed people leave in tears. The work itself was lack luster and not inspiring by any stretch of the imagination. I was bullied by one of the partners after working hours, spoken down to and berated for asking simple and relevant follow-up questions. It's a dead-end career wise. It's an absolutely caustic, toxic workplace and it can largely be attributed to one person.

I had a suuuper great time…. Ok so, I’m self employed and haven’t worked for anyone since 2018. But I can’t use this site unless I submit a review and I can’t choose a date earlier than 2021, so here we are. Entrepreneurs might also like to use your site and I can’t very well review my own company as the founder so… I did work here in 2015-18 at the salary listed so that’s real. It was a great place to work which no longer exists. I left in 2018 to start my own agency.

Medium sized agency so salaries weren’t super competitive. But pay in this industry in Canada is pretty awful access the board so, maybe it was normal?
