They guide you, support you, and interact like colleagues, not hierarchies. The company is extremely responsive to employee feedback. We get hot breakfast every morning and recently added snacks with tea in the afternoon based on our requests. Events may not be frequent, but whatever happens is high-quality and memorable. This year’s Diwali celebration was exceptionally well organised a full day of bonding, activities, food, and celebration. The culture encourages passion-driven work. You naturally feel connected to what you’re building. Communication expectations outside work hours are rare and only during go-lives or critical demos.
