Pluspunten

Great culture, excellent working model, and human values, I have been working in Grit since 4-5 years, I found this company a great place to work and learn. No boundries if you want to work on any technology and any level. even freshers get a chance to perform protogonist roll if he is capable of, Project Leaders and Managers are very supportive and very knowledgable.

Minpunten

Higher Management does not takes care of standard facilities.

its a start up and i get to do all the parts while doing a job.. not restricting myself to the development side but QA too..

There is no boost. Team work is totally zero. There is always discouragement when anything goes wrong
