7yThank you for your feedback. We appreciate you giving us insight into your particular experience and are invested in ensuring a positive work experience for all Guidepoint employees. To ensure there are no miscommunications from the start, we explain our roles in detail throughout the hiring and interview process, which involves an example of the day-to-day in a particular role. Guidepoint has a strong practice of promoting from within, and we have formal procedures to ensure employees are rewarded for their work. Many of our entry-level client service employees have been promoted on or before their 12-month anniversary date. In the instances that an employee is not promoted in their first 12 months, it is because the employee is not ready to move to the next position. Performance reviews are also given in the middle of the year as well as at the end of the year in our London office. During the review meeting, employees have an opportunity for self-evaluation as well as feedback from their manager against the objectives set. All employees are given targets to aid them in developing into a Research Manager. Thank you again for your input.
