Salary is always on time, never delayed. Exposure to both modern and legacy technologies. Some projects offer good learning in new tech. Generally supportive managers (at least half of the time). Stable work environment in terms of job security.

Minpunten

Very low salary growth compared to industry standards (3+ years of experience but still underpaid). Limited career progression opportunities. Many projects are based on outdated legacy tech. Compensation hikes are minimal despite years of experience.
