-No proper guidline or mentor to relay on during the initial stage -The food that was sold on the cafeteria is the worst -No proper help from the management -No space for mistakes ( even the higher level managers doesn't know the solution, just take the blame) -No proper income, the promised in basic pay will have 'unknown' reduction.
