1. No increment, ask as much as you while joining 2. You will not get bonus on time. They delay bonus with 6 months which means you will get bonus every 18 or 19th month. 3. Lot of politics 4. There are lot more but you can afford those pain

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
