You get enough time. Use it wisely. Either you can work on yourself or relax and reboot. Whatever you do, this is a company for less hard working.

Minpunten

Old technologies, not flexible, admin and HR do not exist, and they have no IT support system for employees. Getting unethical everyday. But good news again for pshychophants. Compensation is worst and appraisal is even more worse.

Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
