The engineers deserve far better treatment. Hardworking people should be recognized not kicked around and be abused. Those American people who work hard should be treated fairly. Not because your are an Indian company, you should discriminate against them. You hire american as manager and facing clients because you cannot work nor build relationship with American. So at least treat them fairly. Not abuse them or let them go when they clean up your mess.
Minpunten
One of the worst place for anyone to work. Highly Unethical. Cheat on clients invoices to make extra revenue. Not once but all the time. When they get caught. OOOPs " I am sorry". When it is not, O well sucker the client. Bring Indian resources on Business Visa with no work permit and put them on projects, pay them Indian salary which is literately nothing (under 10K per year) to push their profit margin up above 90%. They lie and cheat in anyway possible to make more money. Even contractually they cheat. Customer are canceling one after the other. Totally mistreat their hardworking people. I had to fight to get my critical resource 1K increase on his salary of 5K per year. Discriminate intentionally against American employees. I know it. I was pushed so hard to intentionally fire American and replace them with low income Indian. I was told by "HR" find a reason to let them go.
