Very poor compensation & worst travel policies. No leaves for transfers (transferred from base location such as India to US/UK/whereever), leaves should be earned after the transfer. No help from the company while on travel most of the time employee pay from their pocket A very popular policy ( advertised by management ) Employee First if victimize the employee first

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
