if you want a cozy life and not grow go to hcl Hcl has the worst apps and infra division is on a downhill, innovation is lost,you will not hear hcl in news for any new technology, they just sell other's technology for a margin hcl will make you lazy and afraid all the time so you cannot grow but will not wanna leave my advice is dont stay in hcl for more than 2 years, grow outside like ibm or accenture,then come back they will you good money
