My salary - which may only be the way it is because I was transferred from another company which outsourced its IT to HCL. I can work at home a lot.

Minpunten

HCL makes no attempt to engage us as participants in the company; all they do is issue work and pay a salary. Short-notice international travel is a pain. Especially 11-hour flights in economy class. Only cheap hotels are allowed when you do travel. You have to use the company travel "service" to arrange your travel, and the whole process is painful. If, for example, your flight home is cancelled, they just can't cope; you have to do it all yourself. You will also wait two months to get your expenses paid. Don't even think of claiming the interest you will accrue on your credit card! There is a general air of chaos in the management of just about everything.

Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
