1. No career growth. 2. All the policies are employee friendly on paper. But they doesn't help much in real. Especially the policies on employee growth and education. 3. Very low salaries (Cannot blame HCL alone as this is same across all top tier it services companies in India) 4. Average infrastructure..

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
