Pluspunten

If you are very bad at what you do, join HCL. They'll retain you, may be even promote you to slow down attrition! I however worked in a product development project, which I found very resourceful. But I just got lucky. Doesnt happen much, not in any IT company.

Minpunten

The pay is pathetic when you compare with other companies, that is inspite of a double outstanding rating! Promotions are based on the number of years of your experience. It has nothing to do with your performance, so don't bother working hard.
