Variable pay is scam in HCL, if you put down the paper they will recover the entire EPB monthly component amount paid to you,which won't be stated in the offer letter, also if there is any slight mismatch in your timesheet they will recover the EPB for the entire quarter. Just check with your HR,whether you are hired directly to a project, if not they will put you on bench and ask you to clear the Hackathons to get in to the projects. HCL jigani office location could be a constraint for few people as it is located in outskirts. You get 18 annual leave and 1 my leave, out of which 10 leaves they will forcefully ask you to apply in the last week of December as there will client shutdown.
