- Confusional and messy project, noone knew his own tasks or roles after the whole training (starting from your direct manager) including yourself. - One of the worst HR department ever (wrong information given about offices addresses, no support given if required), absolutely detached and snob attitudes towards the employes. -No middle management in the project - Chaos and confusion within the management transition in the whole procedure and daily tasks
