Pluspunten

No seats so work in F8&9-Noida, just enjoy the the politics at it best. I would say its awesome that I only worked here in the begining of my career.

Minpunten

No sense of talking to employees even from HR or GM. As they are working here from past 15-20 years they have the rights to abusive employees. If you haven't seen human lickers, then its the best place to see.

Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
