If not assigned to a project you get paid for doing nothing (which is great). BUT the cons are...extensive

Minpunten

Communication w/ upper management is difficult, many teams are split between the US & India When assigned to a project they will hand you more work than you know what to do with They will promote you (title wise) without the matching pay You'll often be split between 2 client accounts working on totally unrelated projects

Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
