Minpunten
The main company is a mess. The websites for both external and internal use are a mess, navigating them is a challenge (tech company with bad website?). The upper management and company administration is a mess and don't tend to care about the employees from what I've seen, though my direct supervisors have been generally ok (though obviously under duress). They asked me what I wanted to see for pay instead of giving me a payscale so they could get me to lowball and pay me the least possible. Recently, they also made a mistake and paid me for sick days I was apparently not supposed to be paid for. They have every legal right to revoke the pay, but almost 700 in one cheque is cruel, and especially when they DID NOT outline the rules, and as said, the site is a mess, so finding those rules is a challenge at best. I feel like if this were a North American company only this would not be the case. They also don't have the paid vs unpaid separated in requests and did not review the pay themselves earlier, so it didn't get caught until months after most were used. Just, frankly, the lower end staff are generally ok, especially on your level, but upper management and administrative crew are unhelpful and HR doesn't have your back.
