People in this organization do not mean what they say. Empolyee first company second is a philosophy which in the core is aimed at customers. Old people with reluctance to welcome change. The essence of the HCL culture is lost within the IOMCs, the OMCs do not have syncronization interms or policies with those of HCL core organization. Core competencies of buttering is very essential.

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
