Nothing good to mention about, atleast from the SDM role perspective

Minpunten

Focus only on $$, not really bothered about quality of service. High pressure to release tenured L2/L3 and replace them with Freshers in the name of cost optimization. No work life balance. Management expects Offshore SDM to be available both in IST and US hours

Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
