Pluspunten

It paid the bills for me for over a year before they decided to release us and let their folks in India and the Philippines take over. Benefits were ok and they basically matched what we made with our previous employer.

Minpunten

Terrible management. Had broken promises and flat out lied about many things. Bonuses were late at least once. Many of us went over to them after our company, like a good neighbor, laid us off so that they could outsource their IT to HCL. They didn't want us, they just needed us to run the desk while they poorly trained their overseas folks. They didn't care about the quality of work, just that they answered the calls. In some cases, overseas reps would just either hang up or send them back through the queue for us stateside folks to handle.

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
