All suffering to the point that almost all people from the account we handle were so fed up. We work on IT but the Management tries to align call handling like we are at Customer Service. Management will prioritize incoming calls holding our breaks 4 hours from the first time we log in at work, we will need to clean the queue first before we can take breaks or lunch?? How about you add more people rather than shoving impossible gargantuan loads of work to people? Management will also train people to different skills due to lack of people. This management also let go of people that has potential and keeps and recognize people who does nothing or do mediocare case handling. Not recommended!
