Pay is not based on experiance at all. Someone with years of experiance who can troubleshoot tier 2 or 3 issues is paid the same as someone who doesn't know how to restart a computer Once a year raise causing some people to work 1 year and 5.9 months before getting their first raise No growth opportunities but they swear there are. One Service Desk manager rules the roost. Expect extream levels of micromanagement Benefits are terrible and costly, 12 days PTO and that is it for the year. No sick days no personal days just 12 days PTO.
