Excellent opportunity to learn sales skills, co-workers were amazing and due to how often management left you alone, learning to self-motivate and multi-task were invaluable. Ample opportunity to learn new ways to de-escalate an angry client.

Minpunten

Real Sink-or-Swim type environment. Scheduling is based on scorecard. Management can be toxic and non-professional. Computer systems were unreliable at best of times, and server issues ensured a steady stream of back to back calls of angry clients who couldn't get through due to said systems earlier in the day.
