They are making smart decisions that make this a great place to work for as the company grows. Couple that with good leadership that cares about employees and stays focused on safety, quality, cost and schedule.
Minpunten
Policies on vacation and sick time are terrible. During weather events employees are forced to take valuable vacation days rather than allow them to work from home or take dock pay. It's a good policy for the company's bottom line, but it is terrible for employees.
