Not particularly stressful. No one works particularly hard and the hours are not long.
Minpunten
Lack of transparency and communication from Management. If you are not 'in the loop' (ie. British/male) you have little opportunity for advancement. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Complete lockdown of computers and systems...borderline nanny state.
