Pay is awful - Zero incentive to work hard - The company employs spuds - Higher up management are clueless - Can't hold onto new employees for more than 2 weeks - Most people leave before training ends - Support too many different types of software & products - Hard to form relationships with colleagues as you're time restricted continuously - Some senior colleagues have massive ego's which makes it awkward to ask for advice -management chooses TL based on favoritism, no one gets informed that they are hiring, so not fair -ppl are selected for being management without having any experience. -they hire you for one thing but then dump 10000 of work things u weren't even hired for. -Night shift sucks 9-9. -The second line and third line and management can get to WFH but not the FL.
