Good pay and place to gain a lot of experience. Teaches you to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Minpunten

Depending which department you end up, you could be doing 10-12 hours a day per week, can drain a person if they don't take breaks and learn how to manage their time.

This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
