This place seems like a good start if you are a new engineer. People are nice and willing to work with you.

Management was thrown off for me considering they wouldn't honor the agreement we had regarding hours.

This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
