      Pluspunten

      The one trait of this sales team is crushing quotas assigned to them, collectively. The company is a breeder of sales champions if you are willing to learn, and work towards larger business goals. I've found this place to be one of the best organisations I have worked at. The strong leadership team across functions here will nurture you to become the best at your job and to carry it forward to the new joiners. With an exposure to every company hiring tech talent across the world, HackerEarth could be your ticket to getting acquainted with some of the leaders in Talent Acquisition and Engineering teams in both MNCs and startups.

      Cohesiveness between different functions could be improved.

      There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

      Minpunten

      There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
