The benefits get worse and worse every year. They are taking the average hourly pay away for new hires and if they take PTO, they will get paid minimum wage which is ridiculous. The amount of PTO you can accrue is being diminished. They have been saying for years now that they will be “working” on a compensation for high producing part timers who have absolutely no way to make the numbers to get paid their worth and yet to have come up with a plan.
We spend way too much time fixing the mistakes “Lily” makes and getting chewed out because appointments are being booked incorrectly. Stop letting marketing who know NOTHING of how appointments work book them. Stop allowing steep discounts that the stylists have to suck up instead of being paid for their work when the company still makes money off of it.
