      The culture is present in every aspect of work. That may sound cult-ish, but people truly enjoy their jobs and are always happy to help out when able to, Never felt like too much was asked of just me, instead when overloaded with work people will help carry the burden with you. Overall work life balance is better than you can expect at most private firms.

      Minpunten

      Certain aspects are tightening up a bit much. Upper management being present in routine team coordination meetings with cameras expected to be on, more than regular drop ins from office managers, etc.

      Overall, here is a summary of the company: - Some good teams- the company has some stronger departments, whereas others are not well supported in the organization - Poor benefits and compensation, slow progression/ no progression of salary, no yearly adjustments, no sick leave - Cross-team communication & collaboration were consistently very unorganized; each team is operating on very different managerial practices - The environment radiates the low-budget, value-engineered work that the company largely takes on, in terms of personalities within the office, as well as overall company morale. This will work for you if you value the stability it provides, but it will be difficult to advance in this organization if you aren't in alignment.
