      lack of hours during the winter months, small work staff, varied duties due to size of staff. lack of coverage sometimes.

      dont get tips unless its a tournament, dont get paid that much for as much as you do

      Sometimes the weather will cancel work because it is an outdoor job. Some may consider it a little too physically demanding. The biggest con is that it is a seasonal job.
