I have the pleasure of working for an autonomous and fully decentralized division with all the advantages of a large corporation. The team is of a manageable size. The people are competent and approachable. Our colleagues seem comfortable and always ready to take on a new challenge.

Minpunten

The team's capabilities are limited given the structure of this division. There is much to be done in terms of organization. The products represented are outdated and struggle to compete with today's technologies.

It (mostly) pays the bills. Your day to day experience will depend entirely on the business unit you are in and your localized management.

Minpunten

Compensation is low. Their business model is just continuously acquiring established software companies, gutting them, and rebuilding them according to their model. Standard corporate experience. They will pay you as little as possible to retain you, and do things like changing the structure of HSA contributions to save a buck.
