Convinced "One Harris" is a marketing ploy versus reality. Lack of communication and (interdivisional) collaboration on jobs has been a recurring problem.
Have a long way to go before Harris being a "destination workplace" is more than an internal statement.
Seen a recent change of Harris becoming more "Top Heavy" and losing it's sense of "family" culture. Have heard negative/toxic discussions about certain employees coming directly from managers, and we have recently let go of many loyal/long-term Harris employees. (both field and office employees)
Outdated technologies in certain areas, and lack of planning/direction/strategy around the newer technologies and how they can further benefit Harris.
