Corporate management clueless about pharmacy. Pharmacy management and store management does not work well together. Corporate pharmacy management lacks experience/skill/knowledge of the law. Favoritism/nepotism/ and the “buddy club” protects those that hold their personal achievement above corporate growth. HR is a disaster and will not protect employees from discrimination -nor retaliation. Sadly, an example of corporate spin and not corporate integrity. Kroger should take more control.
