Scooter riding CEO maybe walking the office vs. using the scooter would be better. very pre-school cute and it unprofessional and it interrupts the employees work. CEO was controlling /disruptive demeaning he would have a" target person" to pick on and their life was miserable and then all of a sudden they were "gone" I bet there were not any performance plans or performance discussions written down to allow them to correct a real or made up (by CEO or COO) performance issue They just found themselves on the street looking for work . When an issue bugged the CEO he would NOT let it go to the point of aggression The interview process was very different (a lot of good questions/ kind/ so glad you are coming to work with us and then the "light switch" would occur post hire Unauthentic leaders who pretend to care but don't Beer pong - frat house environment "Festivus Christmas environment - what could possibly go wrong with creating that culture?
