As we discussed in the all-hands call last week, as we went through the 2019 planning process, and worked through the current state of the HCI business, we needed to make some adjustments which included identifying some positions as no longer financially sustainable. This was a difficult process for Carol and the HCI leadership team because of the strong contributions of the individuals who were operating in those positions that were no longer financially sustainable.
