They have flexible schedule. The staff is nice. I get a lot of business consistently. Yes, sometimes the billing department is hard to reach on the phone. I simply send a email and get a response within a reasonable timeframe. It’s stated on the contract email is preferred to contact billing. I must say also I have heard other interpreters complain about bill processing. A group of really nasty interpreters said very nasty things in a group setting in front of other interpreters. I relayed this back to the billing department. 3 weeks later, those same interpreters admitted to me personally that either they sent their bills in late (as outlined in the contract if they are not sent on time additional charges are subject to get denied). The other lady had not submitted a w-9 to get her payment issued. And the third guy that was spewing negativity wanted payment for the above contracted no show rate. All of these issues that were spoken out of retaliation in the group setting the terms were clearly outlined in all our of our contracts. It’s really sad that one person recruits others to talk so bad without knowing all the facts. The two ladies that are fellow interpreters had the decency to admit they were mislead by the guy. In short- people should be adults and not be of the ‘follow the leader’ mindset and make their own conclusion.

Some of my bills went through bill review (that’s also mentioned in the contract) and it took longer than the original terms, but the company always made good on paying all of my invoices. They are not the only company that does bill reviews in this industry.
