Nice office space and nice co-workers

CEO thinks he knows sales and completely doesn't.

Kind, incredibly supportive and encouraging culture here. I've been with the company for a couple of years, and remember seeing a negative comment here on Glassdoor before my first interview. As everyone should, I wanted to form my own opinion. Through the entire interview process and ever since, every person I interact with is always kind, positive and sincere. Regarding the Dev team, it is a small team, which includes some very experienced and knowledgable engineers. The standard for code quality is high, which means great learning and growth opportunities no matter your experience level (yes, this is a fantastic place to start your career too, because everyone is happy to answer questions and enjoys teaching). We all sincerely believe that we can learn from each other, and have a culture of open communication and supporting one another. Quality of life is great, too. The company believes that happy employees do great work. (By the way, I'm not providing ratings for 'Career Opportunities' and 'Compensation & Benefits' because I think those are too subjective for each individual)
