      Pluspunten

      Fun, Non hierarchical - 21st century work environment. Being a mom, I love the Flexible work culture where you don't feel like an ant and people working here love what they do and hence, passionately working together to grow further. Lots of perks include unlimited sick days, KGA program etc. I needed a lawyer for some personal stuff for consultation recently and KGA support helped me for free. I love the Gym here too.

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies!       Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
