Good tech stack and Good Pay.

Leadership has no vision, Managers have little to no understanding of the product they are managing and expect team members/Engineers to make decisions for them, Moreover managers play politics most of the time by gaslighting and throwing hardworking employees under the bus whenever convenient, Work-life balance does not exist unless one is a manager or an executive. HR/Hiring managers never keep their assurances to their employees.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members!
