Leadership is not well equipped. Company has had several layoffs, where other teams took on workload of the laid off teams only to albe be laid off a few months later. They are not able to manage their money very well, and generally do not have a great business model. I do not see them lasting a long time. I see them eventually getting bought by another company and masking it as a merge.

While rooted in strong values, there's a discernible need to refine their brand identity, particularly in navigating the B2B and direct-to-consumer landscape. One aspect that warrants reflection is the compensation structure. Despite assuming new responsibilities, a pay raise remained elusive throughout my 1.5-year tenure—a sentiment shared by many.
