HelloFresh has failed to address a culture of toxicity and unprofessional leadership that continues to negatively impact our lower-level employees and passed down to all departments in some way, but seems to filter quickly to marketing. HR’s inaction on this matter is deeply concerning and echo'd in the cookiecutter response HR provides on all reviews here on GD. Despite anonymous engagement surveys highlighting these issues, management has chosen to publicly question the results rather than taking proactive steps to improve the workplace. Sr Marketing Director asked our team for additional surveys only for those results to disappear as quickly as they were compiled. Furthermore, career advancement opportunities at HelloFresh appear to be heavily influenced by favoritism, and the annual raises (if) offered are insufficient to keep pace with rising living costs. Due to a challenging job market, many employees continue to endure toxic and unprofessional management/leadership at HelloFresh.
