Not many office days. Pay is good, but no raises since joining.

Minpunten

The company has gone through several restructurings over the past couple of years, and it’s undergoing another one now. They claim they’re trying to make therapy more accessible by helping people get better faster and stay well longer. But there’s no data to support that, and their service costs three times more than competitors. Despite all this time, they haven’t managed to stand out or gain an edge. It was alright while it lasted.

* CEO - there's a lot to be said but read all other reviews for a full picture. * The chief of staff frequently criticises colleagues in public forums / meetings, has become deeply involved in recruitment, HR and revenue decisions and it shows that this is not her area of expertise and calls out people for not coming to the office. Its ridiculous for a remote first company.

some really great people to work with who are understanding, flexible and trying to help you develop with career goals and aspirations - but sadly falls on its face due to upper management

Minpunten

too many to list if i am honest, but one primary one is lack of communication, clique groups and serious concerns with decision making with upper management
