You learn very fast and is easy once you know what your doing - build friendships and good conversations with regular KOLs. I make a lot of friendships with co-workers, and it's good experience for the future.

You will struggle a bit at first. People here just do their work and go home. So nobody will voluntarily help you unless you ask for it. But it'd be alright when you begin to know your work.
